Shipping Charges

For purchases over € 50.00, shipping and cash on delivery costs are FREE throughout Greece.

For purchases under € 50.00, shipping costs are € 3.00 to any domestic destination, regardless of the weight of the package or the method of payment of the order. In case of cash on delivery, the cash on delivery costs amounting to € 2.00 are added

In any case, shipping costs are displayed in the corresponding field before the completion of your order.

Shipping information

All products are shipped through the Speedex courier service and the delivery time is 1 to 4 working days from the day of shipment of the order, except for inaccessible areas where the delivery time may differ.

Once an order is received, it will be executed and shipped within 2 business days from the day of the completion of the ordering process. In case the payment is selected by bank transfer, then the order will be sent within 2 working days from the moment we receive the deposit receipt by email.

The products will be sent to the address specified by each customer when submitting his order. We make every effort to send the products to its customers within the time specified above.

Order Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order

In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or by e-mail

If there is a problem with your order such as:

  • In relation to the product you ordered
  • In relation to its payment
  • Your login information is not up to date

Risk of Product Damage or Destruction

The shipped products are covered (from the transport company) by insurance for damage or loss during transport. The validity of this security ceases to exist from the moment the product is deliveried to the customer.

Return – Withdrawal

To avoid your own inconvenience, we would recommend that you pay attention to the condition of the product sold and its packaging intact at the time of delivery of your product, in order to detect any obvious defects, such as incorrect product shipment, broken product, defective parts, etc. Returns of products sold through our Company Website are provided in the following cases:

  1. In case of incorrect shipment of product, which will be due to the Company or its suppliers, the customer will have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, not used, its packaging must be intact and it must contain the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the Company.
  2. Also, the customer will have the right to withdraw unjustifiably and return the product within fourteen (14) days of receipt, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection. The product must be in excellent condition, not used, its packaging intact (closed) and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

Delivery shipments

In cases where an order is not delivered to the final recipient under the responsibility or negligence of the same, be-bop.gr will not resend the order and reserves the right not to send any other future order to the same person. In cases of cash on delivery methods and which the customer through his own responsibility or negligence did not receive and wishes to be sent again, shipping costs will amount to € 9, which includes the cost of two shipments and one return at the store and the payment of the total amount of the order will be made only by depositing the amount in a bank account.

Orders via PayPal or deposit in a bank account: In case an order was not received through the responsibility or negligence of the customer and which was prepaid via PayPal or deposit, an attempt will be made to contact the customer after depositing the amount of 6 € PayPal will send the order again to a bank account (the amount includes the cost of returning the parcel to the store and the cost of the second shipment).
